BSDA assumed responsibility for the refinement and manufacturing engineering of a new line of in-line skates. Upon approval of the core skate size, we developed a scaling formula on which the 3D CAD database could be scaled to significantly reduce the time required to engineer the smaller and larger lateral skate sizes. This process not only improved the accuracy of the engineering data, but also resulted in a substantial compression of the time-to-market and development cost savings.
